I went out to shoot the Aurora Borealis tonight. What a sight! My favorite from the evening:

Other shots from the night, starting at the beginning -- started out as a thinner green band across the sky and progressively got thicker. By the end of the night it brought with it some crazy red tones (as you see above!):
